Joe speaks the truth. I was valedictorian of my high school class with a 4.0 GPA, got a 1340 on my SAT (old scoring system), a 29 on my ACT, graduated from Westminster College with a 4-year degree in Communications and a 3.5 GPA. I started writing for a newspaper for $8.00 an hour. Then I moved to PA to be with my wife (gf at the time) and struggled to even find a decent job for nearly two years. I decided to go back to school for drafting and design. I currently work for an engineering firm designing natural gas well plats (land work, leasing, etc.). I'm not making what I should, so I'm going back a third time starting next fall to get my Civil Engineering license.

One's success depends not only on their work ethic, personality, and intelligence, but also greatly on WHO that person knows that can get them a foot in the door and the area in which that person lives. Trust me, jobs are few and far between here in western PA. I feel fortunate to be working, but it's a constant fight to get better and move up the ladder.

Kristian, buddy, enjoy being 17 as much as you can. As much as you probably hear it, it just gets harder. "Freedom" comes with a great deal of responsibility. Unless you're a drug addict collecting welfare, you don't get to "sit around and do what you want whenever you want to do it." Life is tough after high school/college. I have a great wife, parents, family, friends, place to live, etc., but it's not easy at all. I'm sure anyone else will tell you the same thing...

quoted for truth! My life is much harder now than when I was 17. I wish I could go back to 17 now, knowing what I know now, and start over. And that still wouldn't guarantee I'd do any better. Life is hard and it gets harder the older you get.

I know him outside of teh intarwebz, he's 99.76% fun and games.

He did, however, come up with that exact percentage using math and Asian-ness... so I guess that's the .24% of seriousness.

For the record again, sorry for absurd delays. If I really wanted to fubar someone I'd sell my car and ship it sans motor tranny and goodies for. $2000. For the record I drink more than Sik and I introduced him to PBR ass juice combination. He didn't knw how he managed to function the next day. I almost bought the Cav I posted on q4f but it had structural damage to the actual body that I am not capable of handling. BOO. Almost had a jbody w eco and trany for $500. Sooooooooooo. Sik is welcome in Vegas anytime.

You won't lose it. It'll be unlocked once the complaints are resolved...hopefully. With paypal one never knows what they'll do though.
