-Also, If your going to get black rims, I would also through in a red pinstripe or something in the wheel to tie the whole car in.... just my $0.02.

Don't flip flop the color, make the whole hood red and scoop black like that, and it will look better.

Heres an idea, like the photo from PFYC above, have the red fade into black along the inside of the scoop , with the rest of the outside being red.

Or , you can flip the colors so that the entire hood is black with it fading into red at the scoop, but I prefer the first idea.

Ya im gonna make the base red and the spokes black, so there will be both colors.

Thats a good idea, and it looks good on that hood but im not sure bout my hinda scoop.
