Personally, Sell the turbo seperate, and sell the IC with IC piping cheap enough for someone that is doing a build can work with... because that turbo is internally wastegated, and has a 5 bolt exhaust side, this can eliminate someones build proccess for someone who wants to be, 1 externally wastegated, or two, vband exhaust, or even the right flange.

Got an offer of $150 for just the IC from the cobalt forums but i cant find anyone to buy just the turbo, besides im waiting on the word from a guy from the alero forums
