If you can get $5500 from a dealer, you should take it, and ask him if he wants to buy an 01 as well. If there's a dealer out there paying that kind of money for used GA's, then I bet half the board would be interesting in selling to him.

Id sell mine right now for that, they could even have all my mods with the car for that price.

I hate to sell it like that, but if all you guys seem to think these cars won't sell that high then maybe that's what I'll do.

Not gonna sell for what you want. Dealer will give you $5500....but they are going to be taking more money from what you are buying in the backgound that you don't know about to cover the $5500 offer

Why? Because to make a profit worthy of their hassle the dealer would need to sell the car for $9000 to make it worth giving you the $5500. Not going to happen in today's market. I guarantee if you walked up now asking for the $5500 and not buying their car, they would make an excuse and back out

If you were closer I'd give you $4750 cash and use it for a beater on my 80 mile round trip work commute.
