Vent rings are already painted.

Just regular chrome cleaner works fine.

when i tried it with out the tape you can tell it was messed up but after the tape it sounds like it did before. i want to get the tape off and put epoxy of something to make it so it looks new or close to it.

Hey, what kinda mounting kits are those for you guys with the aftermarket headunits? I wouldn't mind having an extra little bit of storage around the headunit when I'm done with it all.

I just have a steering wheel cover. Never felt the urge to paint my interior trim.

When I had my old 97, the white painted parts were just as easy to clean as the rest and never really showed any more dirt IMO. Just have to be careful when installing. It was pretty durable and never scratched from keys or anything like that. I loved it myself.
