The pump is just going to provide enough actual volume to make sure the injectors dont get starved. The new pressure (via regulator) will determine what your IPW's will be.

Youll need to know what your injectors are rated at in flow (lbs/hr) and at what pressure (ie 60PSI) they flow at that rating in order to make the adjustments.

Heres my idea, only concerns are throttle butterfly, possibly falling down.

Make a bracket like this ^ but have it bent and have it hanging off to side like this -> but im gonna actually flip the bracket on the fpr itself so its facing other way.

any other ideas? sorry engine bay is really dirty and i dont have fuel rail on atm.

Put Boost controller on other side..

can i mount the aeromotive the same spot i had my old one? looks like tce fittings go in a little to far inside the FPR, i mean it will go in but i dont think fuel will be able to get through, could i grind the fitting end? Next question. I never had a hard time getting my injectors in... i cannot push them down in to save my life... what am i doing wrong?

The TCE fittings are for the fuel rail not for the FPR.

You can't mount the FPR that way because the FRP is to big for that space/area and you don't get a good fit on the fitting against the fuel rail. You need to relocate the FPR some where closed to the fuel rail. Even with some 90 degree fittings you may need to grind some areas around it to make it fit. Did you see how I install my FPR

Don't know.. I just remember I try to mount it where the OEM FPR was and I had some fitment issue. I end up mounting the FPR using on of the screws of the EVAP. Check my card domain for some pictures and you'll see I had to shave the UIM.

They can be stubborn sometimes. Did you oil up the O-rings?

I have never seen anyone use the fittings to mount the regulator in that position. It would be a clean setup but I doubt that the o-ring will seal since the fitting wasn't made for that purpose. You may be able to use a teflon washer between the fitting and regulator for a good seal. If you go that route, the tapered end could be cut off to increase flow.

The down side to running that setup is that you give up the biggest benefit of the fittings.... feeding both rails simultaneously and doubling the flow rate.

Order them from summit. It's cheaper and shipping is fast. Anything from a local speed shop is going to be over priced.

car runs, not really... runs like complete *******, on startup it idled really high 1500 rpms, threw code 507. had a code for ENGINE Misfires. was breaking up entire time, had no balls.

I put LS6 springs in, aeromotive fuel pressure regulator so far, fuel pump isnt in yet... what should injector PW be at? my a/f looked good.
