I sold it to a friend who basically immediately put a different spring in the wastegate and was running 10 psi of boost on completely stock internals. Tranny finally went after about 3 months of that boost. Car was tits I should have kept it, but I bought an 07 cobalt ss/sc which seemed slow compared to the grand am and was depressing. These guys dont know SH*t and I think they are all funny. BTW I had a cheapo EBAY turbo and it ran perfectly fine for the life of the car. good bye
Who are you saying doesn't know sh*t? Everything you are saying is sounding like it is coming out of your ass.

When you want to come race my "stock" Grand National, give me a call Aaron "tool".
No, your just buttsore because you thought you could come here and try to spread your knowledge but instead got treated because you don't know sh*t about anything.

I'll race your quoted stock Grand National. Bring it bud, I'm right here in Illinois.

First of all, it should say can except, not can't except. proofread. it helps when your trying to sound big and bad. and like have said, you can't have a reliable turbocharged grand am for around $1500. sorry to kill your dreams; actually I'm not.

Basically, GTFO. You clearly have no idea what you are talking about. Period. You are more than likely here because, like stated earlier, you were probably talking like this on some other forum and got torched just like you are right now.

I'm going to say this again, as I am the latest one to have done a full turbo build on this car. You can not, repeat, can not have a reliable (notice the italics) for 'around' $1500. What you can get is a POS, unreliable and incorrectly done turbo build for that much. Which will in turn, cause things to break and then you will have to go out and buy more parts which will get you above that 'around $1500' mark.

GT_turbo, go ahead and try to use your knowledge on me.

Oh, BTW, here are some smileys for you...
