Blacked out GT tails-one has a little crack(last pic)

Is it a crack or a scratch? can it be sanded out and redone?

Does the picture flash make it stand out more then it really does..because it looks quiet noticeable..and if its a crack,does it have water leaking in it?

I'll take some more pictures in better lighting with my good camera. Was just using my point and shoot camera for these.
