As far as I know, they have shipped to coating. Don't quote me though.

they have been at the coaters for over a week now. its not mikes fault in the least bit for the time frame, that is all on my shoulders. i was until about a month or so ago a one man operation due to slowness through winter and with spring we got busier then anticipated, and now i have one long time employee back now that hes on summer brake for college. he has taken over most of my non fab work. i not only do work for milzy, but also for regular customers and walk in customers. we have been building alot of cars through my shop so its all a juggling act on my end to get as much work done in a timely manner as i can.
Top that with being sick for the last three weeks from strep throat to now a sinus infection and im not quite on top of my game. i am still lagging behind as this heat is kicking my ass with my sinus infection making my head a giant ballon waiting to burst.
You can read almost any of my posts on this and any forums i am on, i don't hold back and i am brutally honest maybe to a fault... Could they have been done in a faster time frame? yes, but such is life when it comes to custom built short run fabricated projects. the important thing though is that you are getting good product that will be better than any others on the market.

By all means take your time. I would rather have a good final product that took forever to get rather than a product that was put together too quickly and may have flaws. But get well soon because you have too many people counting on you to be slacking at work! ::

Thanks for the update, though. It's good to finally hear an update. Hope you get over all those sicknesses!

Yep, I've said it before on this forum as well.... people think they can just order a part for these cars from any vendor and have it in a week. Doesn't work that way people. It's not like they have a stock pile of parts made up on the shelf waiting to ship out. This is a small niche market for a car that is not very popular and owners who for the most part now are cheap assess who don't want to pay decent prices for anything, pay upfront, or wait for things. But that is how it works for small batches of custom parts.

In other words, unless you learn how to make things yourself, don't complain. Be happy you can find someone willing to make them at all.

word is they were supposed to have shown up yesterday (Wednesday), but i was sitting in my welding chair all day so i was in my own little world doing a production run on 14 parts each part having 30 welds, and it was 98 degrees out. i think i have heat exhaustion . i think they will be here from coating tomorrow.

Thanks Jon. Just trying to find out so I can schedule some time off in between 12hr shifts covering for vacations. And hoping this is a straight forward bolt on with a new Borla cat back and wideband. So I can get some tuning done with the Eaton and stock motor

I'm gonna have to agree with you on this one... I wish we could get more frequent updates. This is kind of a big deal for not a lot of updates. Especially considering how long it's been and the fact that we've already paid for them.

Is there a way to contract you on the side for a possible faster shipping timeframe? Or is that against your policy with MMS? I may need a set of turbo headers from you...you do good work no doubt.
