wanted: eagle 077 wheels!

hi ive been on the hunt for these wheels for a super long time now and well if I could get some help searching for some on craigslist or other sources that would be great! Ive found leads and well I just keep coming up dry every time its getting frustraiting! Im wanting some 18's that are in good condition that would need just a good cleaning! Also for the tires I would like to have the recommended 225, with 75% or more tread left! Thanks guys for the help its greatly appreciated!!!

225/50R16 is stock tire size.
if you run a 235/40R18 your speedometer will be 2.2% slower than the stock tire. meaning when your speedometer reads 60MPH....you'll actually be going 61.3MPH

I'm running a 225/40R18 right now which makes my speedometer only .9% slower

use this site to help you figure out the right tire size you need though
http://www.miata.net/garage/tirecalc.html

EDIT: also good luck in the search...those are very nice looking rims for the GA

alright thanks jim im gonna edit that tire size in the first post! ive had people tell me to run a 235 instead of a 225 and vise versa too I guess its a matter of personal opinion? But im gonna run a 225 now so i dont screw up my speedo to much!

I would definitely run a 235. Especially on a 8" wide rim

235/40/18. I thought it was implied from the previous posts. I've been running that for years.

And yes I have one small etched aluminum one in place of the arrowhead. Very subtle

I'm gonna bump this based on the fact that I am still looking for a set! I already have the AT Inox but I still want a set of Eagle 77's, although it sounds lame have 2 sets of wheels for a grand am, I want to experiment with running a black/smoked wheel on my car... meaning I eventually plan on having the 77's powder coated! So if you guys could be on the look out I would appreciate it... I live in Ohio and can't find anything on craigslist, shipping also helps!
