I don't think it looks that bad. I like the front and sides, and the new wheels and headlights. Not as crazy about the rear bumper or the trunk spoiler. Looks like it is chrome or something? I'd ditch that and make the back end look a little smoother. Otherwise it's pretty sharp.

^ I'm with this guy right here, I actually kinda like that the headlight treatment. Not a bad looking car.

dang lots of panties in a bunch. its like someone with a 3" penis saying his is bigger than someone with a 2" penis. you all suck.

the eclipse is garbage. I rented one and it was worse than the latest Impala (which is garbage). horrible blind spots, rancid braking, handles like a 70s caddy. The one I rented was the 4 banger which was very unrefined and weak. maybe the v6 is better (not sure if the OP even has a v6).

i usually say that each car has its redeeming qualities, but I honestly cant find one with this car. good luck with it, I guess as long as you like it.

I think the black wheel/polished lip looks WAY better than the gaudy chrome wheels you had before. Certainly not the worst looking car I have seen on this board. Enjoy it.

Ouch, everyone needs to calm down. A few people enjoy confliict so much they always try and stir it up. If you stop feeding the trolls, they go away.

Nice Eclipse. I like it. from day one to now, it looks a lot better!

WOW do those eyelids make a difference.

good choice ditching the ugly chrome wheels that came with the car.

definitely a step up from the grand am, and a unique choice. like others have asked...6 cyl? if so I recall reading they're decently quick, similar to a altima 3.5 coupe

>Not an Evo

Why does every Mitsu owner want their car to resemble the Evo X?

Car looks clean, you obviously like it, but just not my flavor. Don't count out the 2.4L SOHC, they take to boost very well. I'm on TheGalantCenter.org, there's a member with an 03 Galant with 4G64 power, stock internals, intake manifold, running at 15psi IIRC, laying down something like 260WHP, just a thought.
