Andrew is still in the process of a 3500 swap.
Other guy is doing a big build over the winter.
One set went to Canada...who knows what happens up there.
I forget where the other set went.

I think a few more sets are getting made.

because either noone has installed them yet, or no one has taken pictures yet.

you have to take into considerations not every customer that purchases a product is on the internet forums. Most where also going with 3500 swaps and waiting until they were ready to swap before installing them.

what are you wanting to see exactly ? i have mock up headers that are coated and a front clip of a grand am that i use to test fit them. the clip is not 100% complete but 80-90%complete. This is how we get our fitment checked as we develop the products. we dont just build them off a car then make fixtures. Milzy actually has three different front cuts from different GM cars that are almost 100% intact that are used for mock up and test fitting. we can also develop products right off the mock up front clips with out the need of a whole car taking up space in the shop.
Using this method is how i figured out that i once used a U bend to make the rear header merge instead of a 45 bend and that in doing that shortened the merge and placed it in a spot that would hit the heater core hoses. This was after i completely built the rear header and matching cross over off the car and with out a complete fixture,. it was one of the first sets i did for milzy after a long while. i found this issue before i messed up a whole batch of them. i built new fixtures to make every set of headers i make nearly identical when it comes to crossover placement after that little mistake. I also have built fixtures for checking fitment against any transmissions that bolt up to the 3400. i have test fitted the current version to fit the gtp, ga , and the 6 speed transmissions. i know it seems like a lot of money, but if you were to come here and spend a day or two with me while i build them you would soon see how much work each set actually takes and you would never want to do them for the ammount i get paid for them. I cant really ask for more money because they would cost even more and even less people would even consider purchasing them.

correct i finished up two sets this week. i am once again behind schedule, but i have a million things on my plate as usual. next week its a 05 monte turbo kit. a 2000+ GAGT intercooler kit buil. The RB25det install into a s13 ( the one we just put a KA into). i have another sr20det 240sx to button up. the EVO VIII was in the middle of getting its motor pulled out when i left today,It will be getting forged internals and cams. I also have a bunch of GA 3400 downpipes to build. The 520hp sr20det will also be almost ready to get put back together in about 2-3 weeks. as well as a few other customers wanting to get in on the schedule. so october will be a ball busting month to say the least. That's not even counting the Milzy Motorsports work load that i have seen getting scheduled. thats merely the ForcedFab side of the shop...

oh and i said F*ck clearwire today and ordered a DSL line because i have wasted so much freaking time waiting on internet speeds this last two weeks that i was about to destroy my PC.

After watching this thread for way too long IMO if I was in Mikes shoes I would have walked away from this project a long time ago...

haha yeah i have had it since 07-08 ish. we used to leech off wifi in our old building from the neighbor who was a professional artist. she traveled a lot and her modem would shut off occasionally and i couldnt have down time so i bought clear wire set it under my desk and never used it until around 2010 when i moved over to milzys building. i started using it and it wasnt bad i was getting dsl speeds until about a month ago when i lost all upload capability they have wasted 6+ hours of my time on the phone with tech support only to say they are stumped. i couldnt take it any more and att has a special going on so i said screw it what normally is over 70 bucks is now 40 which is only 10 more then clear wire and twice the speed. i had to.

i agree, i would have dumped the product myself as its completely random if anyone buys them. i think we have sold 10-15 sets in 3 years. it really is not all that profitable to do either, but i guess he kind of does it as a favor to the community to at least offer something of high quality so there is a choice for those that take this hobby serious.

i think they are spoken for , but i am not 100% sure. he may have had me build a extra set since we were doing a customer order. it would not suprise me if one was ordered and one was just to shelf. you would have to speak to mike, i really have nothing todo with the sales of them, i just answer questions on them because i build them.

any updates?

are these the current header batch?

This is what i was looking for, any possible flaws that may be worked out. There's surface rust on these ones. Not sure if they're from a custom build earlier from Milzy or what.

The flanges look Milzy-ish. I don't know if Jon would make the front that far into the crossover...

Are you retarded? A quick comparison with the pics on the first page show major differences between the two.......

Working now. Yeah those look nothing like the headers on their site.

those i believe are milzy headers, but those are not grand am headers. i think those are Beretta or montecarlo headers. those would be from last year or maybe even older. i dont think we had those ceramic coated either, i think mike shipped them raw.

yep they are bretta headers from a long time ago.

actually those look like they might have been coated, but that accelerated wear is most likely caused by stupidly wrapping the headers in header wrap. Header wrap is not cool , it is not your friend, it is F'ing stupid. it creates more issues then it cures... please kids stay away from the header wrap. i know its a cheap mod, but that does not make it right. IT RUINS HEADERS!!!

if you are worried about heat melting stuff then use heat shields and reflective heat tape on close areas. this tape works 100 times better then wrap will and it goes on what you want to keep the heat from effecting.
