Hell yeah man. As you have seen on my sell thread that I don't love my Grand AM otherwise I wouldn't be selling it and would be spending thousands of dollars on it. It was ugly to me in the first place so it was pointless to even spend so much money on it. I've also read lots of reviews about it and Grand AMs are known to have problems including high susceptibility to cooling system failure and blown head gaskets. It has low ratings on automobile review websites. So the things everyone says about my Grand AM doesn't really faze me and it serves as ammo/inspiration for bashing monochrome head's batmobile
![]() EDIT: by the way my grand am was a christmas gift to me almost a decade ago ![]()

Just a fyi, im still running the stock cooling system and never blew a head gasket and my car is far from stock. Now if you said LIM gasket problem, then you'd be correct.

Mine is a 98, before your 99 generation was created. The 96-98 generation was prone to problems.
The reviews on websites ain't lying either. When my car sells I will post the VIN and you will see how many damn problems it had years before I started modding. It has a service record of almost 40.

In your post, you said "Grand Am's" are prone to problems and then continued to mention the cooling system and head gasket issues. Either way.....id lose the wing and the repaint the wheels and you would get more money from the sale. Plus people wouldn't think that it was "ragged" out.

To address the flaming of my car, keep going because it just proves how correct automobile reviews of the grand ams are and they are just crap. Now as for the artistic style or talent about not matching colors blah blah blah, really? I did them all from scratch while monochrome head only bought pre-made blacked out parts and just applied them. No thought behind it at all which makes the batmobile just plain crap. For the matching interior and exterior, that's the land of opinions so I'm not gonna say anything about that. I only argue about facts.
looks like you are color blind, there is no baby blue on there. The camera's aperture was wide open at the time, learn electronics then talk to me again. But here's a finally correct shot of my car with correct lighting and f/16 aperture ![]() no baby blue there grandpa
