On topic:
That purple kouki S14 looks like poo. But dat E46 M3...nom nom.
Added: any more of that light blue S4? Tasty.

Still jelly of you nabbing an R32. Hopefully the electrical nightmares of the past MKIII/IV Golf/Jettas doesn't plauge you in the long run.

Most cars that showed up for the last meet were 500 ft cars. They only look good from 500 ft.

This is a pontiac website? Shouldnt this be in other makes and models? thought we were talking abiut resonators..or is this locoman.com? The pic was an on topic attempt at humor. I find irony that a bunch of punk ass foreign car loving dweebs who bemoan the loss of the middle class out one side of your mouth and then slobber all over the very things that people like you buy that caused the death of a historic car maker like pontiac. So line up one by one and kiss my american azz

Well the pics agree with the generalization I have made many a time here in Las Vegas...the euro tuner stuff is typically clean and tasteful and the Japanese home-tuner stuff is a bit "rat rod". Again, just a generalization.

Shut up. We get it, you're a senile old bastard, and wish for the "good ol days".

Oh, and Pontiac was axed for business reasons. They were not pulling in the sales like Buick, Chevy, GMC and Cadillac were, mainly because they're sold globally and Pontiac was not. Think before you open your mouth.

yea idiot the "business reason" was losers like you have no loyalty to your fellow americans and were willing to pretend that import sales going from <5% of market share to 50% wont affect the manufacturing base of this nation and the middle class that depended on those jobs. For someone who likes to pretend they are smart, you dont do a very good job.

Is that why Hyundai, Nissan, BMW, Toyota, Mitsubishi and even Subaru have plants in the US? PROVIDING Americans with jobs? Meanwhile GM and Chrysler build the majority of their vehicles in Mexico and Canada. Ford has plants all over the world.

Go back to playing with your trains, you're a complete idiot.

Get a degree then you don't have to "depend" on factory jobs.

Oh and here's my Pontiac.

Actually the explosion of imports is good for the railroads..and.u are an show how clueless about the economy when you made the get a degree and you wont depend on factory jobs comment..more people have degrees now than ever and what does it get us? Unemployed graduates. Gm ford and chrysler and the millions of americans that are the heart of those companies deserved better than what they got. And the blame lies squarely at the feet of the consumers who buy these cars. Like it or not that is the cold hard truth.

It is kind of odd how the lines of manufacturing and origin and even engineering have become completely blurred. Its like if you buy a Tundra or Titan, you have a vehicle that was built here, most of the parts come from here and a majority of the vehicle project engineering was done here. It makes it funny when people say they bought one because "they don't like American cars/trucks"... It's like congratulations, you just bought one! and even the Toyota badge was made in Boise, Idaho.

Actually the people at the heart of the major automakers (workers AND execs) screwed themselves. Through the unions they would demand higher and higher pay year by year, strike and then get it until we had basic line workers making between $20-$50 an hour in the 1990s for doing basic labor while getting crazy amazing benefits or even making $18 an hour to NOT work..on standby. So with all the pay and benefits where do they cut from?....the parts and better but more expensive tooling unfortunately. Invest in new plants or better suppliers? No, they can't afford to because workers are making bank and STILL striking...so the product suffers. I was born in Janesville, WI (where they used to build Tahoes, Yukons and Kodiaks) and it was crazy to see all of the employee-owned imports in the parking lot which they bought with all the money GM was paying them hourly.

I am very conservative. Disagree with Union leadership and politics. But I have never and will never buy a car not assembled by the in the USA by the UAW. It is a clear line, no need to muddy things up.

So you are anti-union but will only buy a car assembled by union workers? My friend is like that...he hates Apple but will only buy Apple products.

Its called...well it used to be called...the social contract we have our fellow Americans....it actually was taught in elementary civics classes. One of those darn old fashioned values that actually benefited everyone. You put aside your personal politics in the interest of your fellow americans. Dont be foolish enough to think that our manufacturing base is still not at the heart of our national security.
