I would rather not :P Ontario is a long ways from me. Plus PFYC said it would only be around $42

that $42 was just an estimate... it cost me $200 for my headers to cross the border... i would estimate closer to $100 depending on your proximity from PFYC

He's right.
UPS charges you at the door, the charge they nail you with is usually huge.

thats exactly why i try to help out my international customers by putting the items at a low purchase amount and often mark them as used parts. that way they dont have to pay outrageous duties. I have a feeling i am listed on a bunch of foreign forums as a goto us shipper because of my tactics... almost if not more then half my ebay sales are all international.

Guess im number 9...just put my money down. Im confident this buy will go down. These will be the last 25 bars ever made for the n body. We are lucky to even be in
position to get our hands on them.

So If I plop down the 150 dollars for the deposit (I'm only buying a rear bar) will that count for the price of the item (129.99 + 20 shipping) or do I have to pay the deposit, then pay for the item, then get the deposit back?

I'll have my money on the 27th, maybe earlier. I was hoping this would hit a bout a month later so I could have my tax refund.

where did you get the $129.99 + $20 for a rear bar only??? they are being sold in sets currently not individual bars...

Pricing is $279.99 for both a front and rear combo kit. We are not selling individual bars at this time

and when you put the deposit down, you only owe the balance due after... that is now it works to be $150 now, then $129.99 when they are ready to be shipped...

At about 15 deposits, a person could come in and buy 5 sets...pfyc wants to stock 5 if you read between the lines. There will never be another group buy after the 15 who want them most are satisfied. But there will always be demand for these. I could see these going for 350 400 a set. May only sell two or three a year, but you could flip these easily over time.

Read the post a bit too quick I guess.

I thought I would be able to buy these as an individual bar, not a set...

I hate to be the one to jump out of a pre-order, but I know I won't be needing or even taking the time to install a front sway bar anytime soon...that is why I only wanted the rear...

That may be why pfyc wants the 5 sets. I believe there are 5 or so that only want fronts or rears. They might be offering those as singles after order is sent to speedbuilt.

I'll see how the money situation looks and as soon as I know if I'll be able to pay it all, I'll put my money in the pot.

So 150 is the deposit. 6-8 (or so) weeks later you owe the remainder...correct?

When speedbuilt makes the 25 sets and ships them to pfyc they will tell us balance is due...total est time 6-8 weeks from time we hit 20 deposits.
