Projector lights: HID?

Ok so I was set on getting a 35w 6000k hid kit for my projector lights. I took them out to look and I saw a sticker that says "1. HID BULB NOT ALLOWED. 2. LIGHTING RING VOLTAGE 12.5 (plus or minus) 1V". So should I not install hids? On the website it said hids were recommended. Could it just mean don't put hids in the housing the sticker is on? or should it just be ignored haha. And if it is ok to install them, I also realized the bulbs already in the lights are 55w. So should I go ahead and get a 55w hid kit? Kinda confused right now

IIRC they have to put the stickers on there for legal issues, simply because any car that didn't have HID's from the factory cannot have them legally. But you can put HID's in those housings without any problems.

ddm tuning doesn't offer hi and low beams for H1 bulbs, should buy 2 sets of the hid kits and put them both in? or just not worry about the highs?

35 watts is plenty. And don't even worry about the hi-beams. Go with 35w 6k and you will be golden, and won't ever need your highs.
