Remove timing chain

I tried searching the threads for a guide to remove the timing chain on a 2.2 ecotec but no luck.

So I was wondering if anybody had any tips, pics, or any help on how to remove the timing chain on the 2.2 ecotec.

I am changing my head gasket and have almost everything off except the timing chain and its driving me crazy not being able to drive my ALERO.
