I just think they look like pig nostrils on our hood. The WS6 scoops are too high and narrow on our nose.

Some angles/pictures it looks weird. Sometimes, it looked great. The view from inside the car was fantastic

I still love this picture... drove 2+hours through some heavy snowfall two days before Christmas to pick up a set of 077's that I found on Criagslist... for $150

Totally worth it.

View from the inside... going 10 mph down the interstate... dat hood scoop

What fabs didn't include was the blowjob session for the discount.

The SC/T or SD Hoods are the best looking ones for Grand Ams because they line up nicely with the bumper nostrils. The front of the Grand Am isn't pointed enough for the WS6 hood to flow right.

, those are pics of my original SD hood in that thread. #4 and #5. The ducting on the underside came as part of the original hood, and yes you were supposed to cut a hole in the air box lid to make it functional. It came with some weather striping to put around the hole to seal the air box to the underside of the hood, and you had to put a cone filter inside the air box in place of the panel filter.

The design made the rear heat extractor non-functional though, and I had the S/C with a custom CAI and had no intention of using the hood ducting, which is why I cut it out before I finished the hood and painted it. I wanted the heat extractor functional, and the hood as light as possible.
