I'm in the area and those are the rims I've always wanted. Anybody want to loan me $500? If I had the money I'd definitely buy these.

Thats a dirt cheap deal! If someone doesnt buy these Im gonna slap them with my you know what! . Anyway even though he mentions they are in mint condition I can spot a curb ding in the one pic. and unfortunately the chrome coating has all of the micro swirls as well, but they all get that... even mine!

BUY EM OR DIE!

I could probably trade him my black 17s that I have since it said he'll maybe trade. But I'm not much into chrome, plus its a 215 size. I know its microscopically smaller then 225 but still

Your right he has 215's on there but he said they are low on tread anyways so throw some 245 on there. They are 8" wide so they can take that tire

I want these badly enough I'm asking him if he'll take Paypal since I don't have the cash available.

Is the seller a friend of yours Young Gun or did you just stumble across the post and decided to spread the word? If he's a friend of yours, put in a good word for me and let him know I'm an honest buyer. I've made many transactions here on GAGT and I've always paid promptly.

I'm supposed to meet with this guy tomorrow. Hopefully I'll be coming home with my favorite set of rims for the GAGT...

I have them in my garage now. It will probably be a few weeks before I can get the rubber swapped out on them so pics won't happen for a while yet. These rims really are well taken care of and look nearly brand new. I'm quite happy with the quality for the price.

Thanks again Young Gun. Great find!

Are you looking for pics of them installed on a Grand Am or specifically his car?

Haven't had time/money yet. Work and home life has been sort of hectic lately so my toys have had to wait.

In case you were still curious...I test fitted one of the rims today and they don't fit. I measured and found that the hub is 1/8th of an inch different. Does anyone know if/how much it will cost to get the rim's hub bored out another 1/8th of an inch? If that can be done (safely) then I can keep the rims. If not, well, I don't really want to believe we're at that point yet...

uh wtf?

Is it possible that there is a hub ring stuck on the rim? I'm sure any machine shop would be able to bore it out.. I'm just so confused that the hub is wrong unless the seller lied about the bolt pattern and it is actually the 5x100..or is it 110 idk but they did make the Inox's in two 5x$$$ patterns

I'm sure a shop could definitely grind it down 1/8

Mine were super tight when I got them too. Check for a hub ring, or sand it out to make sure it isn't surface rust on your hub/wheel that is restricting it
