Well because you would probably have sex with your car if it was alive since you clean it daily.

How long have you had the Alero, though? I've had mine for +5 years now, and I lost all motivation to really "mod" it at the end of 2009. I'm just tired of it, and I want something fresh.

Almost 4 and a half years now. I just love the car, love the way it looks as of how I have it now, love the way it sounds, drives etc. Just one of my favorite things I own in life. I don't plan on getting rid of the car for a long, long time.

I feel like I out grew it, honestly. I thought I was hanging onto mine for a long time, but things change.

I'm still looking at 2012 Focus models...

I got to test drive an SE hatch 2012 Focus not too long ago, I loved it. Gearbox felt nice for something not sporty (well, this is the European model we've been neglected of, manuals make up more sales over there) the suspension wasn't too stiff, but still nice and responsive. The SYNC didn't blow me away, I could live without it. But I could get one for $16K with a trade in for a five speed sedan, SE trim. Can't decide on whether I want Sonic Blue metallic or Blaze Yellow.

Only Focus I'd get would be the RS500. I don't know what that would take to import to the U.S..

My sister had a 2007 Focus bright blue 4-door ZX4. Pretty much the base model because it had hubcaps. Don't remember if any higher models these days come with hubcaps besides the base.

I love it, we put some nice 16s on it since the hub caps rattle after some driving time, plus hubcaps are just gay in general. But it was nice, it felt like it rode on a cloud, sooo smooth, but also it wasn't the sport model so the suspension wasn't hard.

If it was mine it'd be my daily driver and the GA would be in a garage for nice day/random driving or when ever I want to drive. I would put some nice 17s or the SVT focus rims or so on it then it'd be set. Not going to touch the beautiful soft suspension. Only thing I didn't like was the cheap feeling interior, literally everything was some type of plastic but I could live with that since it was simple, plus it was the base model.

Apples to oranges with the first gen Focus to the third gen. Not even close to being the same.

How do you think I feel?

The only real pinpoints on the GAGT to know its mine is the mudflaps and exhaust.

They're useful. Especially during the fall, keeps all the dead wet leaves off the sides of the car.

Sounds decent! Not a bad price either.. I'd say Sonic Blue. Yellow, cops are gonna be watchin' your ass.
