It shouldn't. I already have a 3rd gen iPod Touch 32GB, I've had to reset it before.

3rd or 4th gen?

Added: somebody bought my old headlights, I just wanna see them get restored and appreciated.

haha yes somebody bought them. I hope he does some more work to them. They looked a lot better when i got done with them but the passenger one didn't want to cooperate too well with restoration of the lens. I'm not sure what gen... but it has the black speaker on the back?
