How do you reset the Check Engine Light when you have fixed the problem?

If it hasn't reset automatically I think you can have a mechanic reset it with his code reader thing.

That is NOT worth the time. Especially since your just going to use it as a DD.

There are no write-ups because its literally a waste of time.

Waste of time...you are probably right...but to see the looks on people's faces when they see the rear tires burn is priceless! I also have a LS2/6 speed out of a 05 GTO in my engine collection

Want RWD? Get a RWD car.

Save that LS2/T56 for a project. I'd find an early 90's Chevy 1500 2WD Pickup shortbed and make a killer sleeper.

Can you flip the engine around and make it rear-engine?

I guarantee with most people's knowledge about cars they don't even pay attention and/or know the GA is FWD to begin with.

I has question.

Will an 18x8.5 wheel with a 20mm offset on a 225/40/18 tire fit on the GA?

20 offset will really fill out the wheel well nicely.

A 225/40 on a 8.5 wide wheel? I'd run at least a 245/40 tire...but that may sit too tall. I'll check to see how common a 245/35 R18 tire would be.

Yeah that the only problem is if the 245 will fit, height wise I think it will since its literally almost identical from the side, top and bottom from a 225/40 tire, just dunno about the width. 245/35 would be nice though seeing as its pretty much identical to 225/40 besides the width of course.

Put them into this site to see the size differences and pretty much the same except the width.

http://www.miata.net/garage/tirecalc.html

And then using this for the width purposes. Its apparently 0.7" from sidewall to sidewall bigger then stock. So it will extend inside the wheel well a little under a 3/4" It will stick outside the wheel well an extra 1.3" which I think will be near flush with the fender. BTW random question. Are the front fenders flared more or less or not at all more then the rears?

http://www.rimsntires.com/specs.jsp

But I've heard with such a low offset on a FWD car it will make the alignment jacked and the car will want to go different ways at high speeds.

That offset might be actually sticking out of the wheel well a bit.
