It's safe up to at least 200°F when's pot heated, check the temp of your hood after driving for a while. I only heated mine to 105°F. Comes up with no effort and no damage to paint. People underestimate how much heat paint can take. People bake it at over 400°F.

I assure you, it's fine. Just a little common sense and knowledge is needed.

The issue I had with the fishing line was pretty obvious the second I started that. You kind hit the bolts a quarter of the way in. Mine was stuck so good just from the glue that it didn't need bolts.

I would think everyones is different. Mine didn't even need the screws, the tape itself would of kept it on there good and stable.

I'd have used fishing line, but no one can tell me how are you supposed to get it between the two bolts. Mine had no give, whatsoever.

This guy hasn't logged on for a month so I doubt he'll answer. Not to mention he hates this forum since we have opinions and speak them.

Exactly.

Hobo.... Just call around and get a quote... It's different anywhere you go, I know a guy here a buddy suggested me who was cheap and did great work.

I bought a rear bumper from an alero since mine had a truck hitch hole in the old one, paid 40$ at a JY for a black one that was scratched up, and took it to the body guy, he charged me 100$ to sand/paint/clear the new bumper... 140$ to a new bumper... Can't beat that. Just gotta search around dude.
