just use gloss black vinyl on the outside, it what i did and im happy with it

IMO though it looks best if you cut the bottom edge to follow the curve of the upper window edge

this a random google image i found. but on this the bottom edge is perfectly straight but the curve of the glass gives the look of the brow dropping down...

then this is mine... I put mine on first like seen in above pic, but didnt like the look so i took some wood dowel and cut to the length i wanted then screwed a razor blade to the end and following the upper trim cut the bottom to match... then the curve of the glass gives the look of the brow being straight

the vinyl was free, i got a buddy. then i put it on myself
apply just like you would tint

I like the vinyl its 7" down an acts as permanent sun visor. Has yet to obstruct my view. And what % of tint would you do?
