You got half your clip right there, the only other thing people want to hear is revving which is the same as just anybody else who has the full borla.

Boredum leads to mysterious things.

Also, if you don't got 30 seconds to spare something is wrong with you.

Neat little video. Borla is nice, but it's to quiet for me. I heard metallmans borla and I was like "really? What's all the hype about on these?" Not trashing on his exhaust or anyone else's. but I figure it being borla it would be louder.

does anyone have a before and after headers clip.. you know one with stock manifolds and one with headers. preferably on the same car with the rest of the exhaust being the same..

My car is semi-heavily modified appearance wise, plus its red, so the last thing I need is a loud exhaust to attract more cops then I already am

I wish I had a before and after vid man, I really do. one of my regrets. though in 05 when I did my exhaust the vid quality wouldn't be very good

I think the best thing now (if someone doesn't have a before and after vid) is to line up 3 cars.

1. stock
2. stock manifolds, borla
3. headers, borla

that should give us all a pretty good idea on how the different set ups sound. especially if there all in the same vid back to back, using the same camera

Something else to keep in mind.....not all headers sound the same.
Example: my MMS headers are significantly louder than my previous S&S headers.
So much so, that I switched from SLP/Magnaflow to Borla on the catback to quiet it down.

IF we do the meet in IL this summer, bother tdavis and I will be there. he has the stock manifolds, I have TOGs. i'm sure someone there will have stock exhaust. that should give us a pretty good idea how each one sounds.

also I didn't even think about different header brands sounding different. hmmmm. . . . . maybe we should all just meet in st.loius for a country wide meet. that's going to be about the only way to hear different exhausts all in one place.

also wtf happened to all the slp cat back kits? I don't really see those anymore
