Camber wear? I know BMWs like to wear out the inner portions of the tread on the rear tires. Maybe try a harder compound tire? An all season might last longer.

I know. But my car is a GAGT from mechanical standpoint. It has rear disc brakes too.

Technically no. Gearing is still different. Either way....it's not a GT since part of being a GT is the external differences in the bumpers, side cladding, mirrors, and taillights.

I know. The only differences between my car and a GT is actually that the transmition is ever so slightly different, the front and rear bumpers, the side molding, and the tail lights. Everything else is the same. Actually my car has more performance than a GT because of the mods I've done to it.

It's just the looks really at this point.

Either way it's a GA.

My GA was a SE... i put a GT front, rear bumper, all 4 gt door panels, GT side skirts, GT Muffler, GT wheels. After all that then i thought it was time to badge it as a GT

You put the side GT badges on the trunk. The actual trunk badge is smaller.

I truely don't really care, I wouldn't mind having the SC/T badges but ehhh. If you're doing a GT conversion then put the badges on if you want to. No one in their right mind will see your car drive and be like "HEY THATS NOT SHIFTING LIKE A GT!" If you have the 3.4 and your turning your SE into a GT with the body panels then go for it.

Scott is getting GT bumpers/cladding so his will be a GT sooner or later, I would of kept the badges off till then though.

Correct me if im wrong but from my understanding the SE has a 3.05 gear ratio ans the GT has a 3.29 gear ratio. At least that's what I've read on the forums.

Either way as long as you convert it into a GT exteriorwise like i did then you should be good....the only thing i kept from the SE was the tails because i personally like them better specially tinted and at night when you hit the brakes them lines on the tails look nice

That's like saying "my car is basically the same as a Ferrari 458... except it's fwd... and it's not a v8... and it doesn't have as much hp... or all the CF body parts... or under body aero panels... etc etc etc.... but it has 4 wheels and an engine."

If it doesn't have the gt body panels. It doesn't look like a gt. Plus the trans final drive ratio is different, AND they have different gauge clusters with different top mph, and I'm sure there are a few other differences. And they have different VIN# sequences too, so it will never truly be a gt. I have a gt1 and my vin sequence is different from a gt.

^This. Once it truly looks like a gt, then you can pull off gt badges. Until then, not really.
