Nice one Aaron.
Pics edited. I always forget to double check the thread after I move the pics in my account.

Ah, there they are.
Lookin' good so far. Out of curiosity why did you run the oil feed line up from the fender side? The line would be longer going that way. Was it just easier to route that way or avoid the exhaust manifolds? Also, I forget but where did you get the manifolds from? From the looks of it that waste gate tube isn't really at a very good angle to divert flow from the turbine. Probably isn't the best setup for controlling boost response. That's always been an unfortunate problem and difficulty though with a turbo setup on these cars. The orientation of the engine, position the turbo has to be in, space available and routing of the downpipe etc kind of limits your options.

The manifolds I got from another member. I sent them to Milzy with all of my stuff and he mocked them up then built the downpipe to fit and made the tubes for the wastegate. I scrapped the old downpipe he had and the manifolds where never made for a external wastegate. And like you said there is not a lot of space to work with when building a turbo on these cars. For one even before building a turbo you don't have a lot of room but when you do start building a turbo you have to move and orient things to keep away from heat. I did the absolute best job I could have possibly done with the space I had to work with.

Just a heads up on your double roller as there seems to be an issue with the last batch that was made. http://60degreev6.com/forum/showthre...385#post464385

Yikes! Glad I didn't end up buying one.
Not that I don't have my own problems to work on right now. :/ Seems that the heads on my motor, which were reworked TWICE by the machine shop, are still leaking oil from the valve guides. Now I have to swap the stock heads back on... AGAIN.

First off I did find out that my DRTC should be OK. Milzy measured what he had in the shop and mine was part of those and he said it looks to be good. He tried it with multiple chains on a mock up car and no issues. So unless i hear different I dodged a bullet on that one.
Second. The car is done! All I have to do is run all the intercooler plumbing and she's ready to fire up. I cant even believe that I can say that its finished. I will say it came out way better then expected and if she runs how she looks then this is going to be one fun boosted GA.

Look at the cam gear. If yours is etched with the TCE logo on the front and has 4 oiling slots around the center hole, you're okay. Otherwise, you might very well have a bad one.
Watch this video to test further - chain should stay on the gear through a full rotation. CLICK ME!!!!

What I was told is that it was the crankshaft sprocket. I guess that the chain wont seat all the way on the sprocket which will cause it to skip a tooth every once in awhile causing the damage that's shown in the video. I guess they are saying that the crankshaft sprocket is cut wrong.
