Tail lights would be replaced by these with some light tint http://item.mobileweb.ebay.com/viewi...d=290952034903

I first had SE wheels then bought those rims but started to dislike them so i got rid of them and got GT wheels as part of my GT conversion

^ be sure to re-seal them, or put clear silicon around the seals, so the LEDs don't burn out on you.

I've discussed this so many times, people get really pissed about what is and isn't r!ce because they don't want their car to fall under it, so they'll make excuses to justify it. It is what it is, people just sometimes can't accept it. Especially when it's people that like to mock ricers when they're ricing out their own cars.

Race Inspired Cosmetic Enhancments.

This is why I never use the word ****, there are 20 million definitions and opinions on what it is and what it isn't, so I don't bother.

Not to mention its your car, so in the end, who gives a fk?

Ricers have always been form over function. Basically, always focusing on looks over performance. It has nothing to do with being "race inspired".

Better yet, I know what I know about ricers from this forum:
www.anti-r ice.com/smf

Without the space in the word "r!ce" of course, thanks to our lame ass censoring of that word I can't link the page.

Well, the GA isn't a performance car, so I don't mind seeing pretty stuff on them

I like some underglow, mainly on cars and some bikes have a little strip of led here and there, and looks kinda cool with all the chrome, which you guys don't like either ... different strokes

I personally dont care about looks over function. But there are blurred lines on the whole ricer thing i think.

Debadging has no functionality but almost everyone does it. Now unless you go raid autozone of every chrome piece they have along with some autozone rim covers and whatnot i dont consider it ****.

And i agree with TDavis, if you like it do it. Its your car, your money.

Those are not GT rims. Those are 16inch chrome techs, a premium option that 5th gens had.

My 2003 Grand Am SE2 came with those rims from factory.

They are. The five spokes (chrometech or not) were the standard alloy for the GT, the 02 and up GTs got the "Torqued" normal and chrometech wheels.

They weren't a factory option, but a dealer option IIRC.
