It does, i found a red one on a jy they wanted $10 but didnt take it because i need a front plate

So does missouri, but screw that noise. Tanner and I have discussed that the plate filler looks better.

Not to mention, if cops see a bracket for a plate, they will pull you over. If they don't see mounting brackets, chances of getting pulled over are much lower.

Pulled the plate off my honda and not the mounting bracket, got pulled over. Removed the bracket as well, haven't been hassled since.

Yup. I never got bothered for quite awhile running with no front plate on my GAGT, but after the first ticket I got, I got nailed three more times in a few months. That's when I actually put the from plate back in the front spot for winter, then rocked my offset bracket later in the spring.

I'm still the only one who had a front plate offset and in the window like I did.

I think there's a reason you haven't seen anyone else do the offset front plate though. It blocks part of the air flow to the radiator. In the corner of the windshield isn't a bad idea, as long as the cops allow that and don't hassle you about that too, but it will block some of your vision there so not really optimal either. I prefer to live in a non-ghey state where they don't require front plates.
