Got some presents in the mail. 6 MF's from AMMO, rear bumper molding, and Pontiac arrowhead. I could of went with the front bumper that didn't have the inlay for the emblem but I think it looks too naked without it. Not to mention this emblem isn't the EXACT one for the GA but is the same size etc. The red is recessed and the border and star are embossed. Not to mention also its nice to see the emblem brand fkin new, red as fk.

Well I'm going to flush out my tranny tomorrow. From my understanding I should use DexronVI is this correct?

Thats the reason I got replacements, my rear bumper molding is popped up in some places. My front is fine but I got the front pieces because I'm getting a new front bumper and it would be easier and more efficient to have a brand new piece to put on, not to mention I don't think you would be able to peel off the old molding and re-stick it.

Should hold fine though, double sided tape pre-installed on the other side of it. On this piece and the front pieces there is a good foot or two of extra molding if needed.

$10.11 each for the two front pieces and $30 for the rear piece , cheapest I could find but its OEM so can't go wrong.

Just do a drain and fill, or if you do flush it, have the pan dropped and cleaned out and change the trans filter first.

You could use dexronIV and it would be just fine. dexron VI is newer and better, but also more expensive.

Thanks Aaron, I'm going to go ahead and change the filter and flush the fluid tomorrow at my shop.

Yeah, the ones I bought from O'Reilly's where $13 each. AMMO's where $15 for 6 and they're the same size(16"x 24") and I know he wouldn't sell shtty microfibers. I never really searched anywhere else for MF's other then O'Reilly's but I'd figure I'd get some more and support AMMO.

I watched a few of AMMO's videos and I would love to get some product but man it seems expensive plus I need to use what I've already got still. How much is shipping from NY?

Meh, Not a fan of blacked out lights on vettes. Just looks like creepy eyes. Light tint would have been better.

Depends on what you get, anything product wise I think is $10 shipping. Last time I got my tire shine it was $10 shipping.

You can use the coupon code TST to get I think to get free shipping or a discount, one of the two.

Yeah, me neither. Of course they still look better than those retarded chrome slats that some idiots put over them. Personally, there are some LED tails for the C5's I've seen that I really like. Other than that I'd leave them stock, even over the euro market lights with the amber in them.

I'm not a fan of tinting tail lights on ANY car, since it reduces their visibility. I prefer not to have people run into the back of me because they didn't see my brake lights.

Light output is not that affected. ask mac. not to mention the euro spec tails with the amber inserts are 600 dollars. Not paying that for tail lights. Tinted tails are personal taste but its my car and I like it. Hence why all three of my cars have had tinted tail lights. There was too much red. Had to break it up a little

My uncle got these and then I took them apart and did the mod to them so only the halo is lit when driving at night then the center lights for turn/brake

The ones I saw didn't have any halos in them. They were just a ring of LEDs (not in rows like that). They looked really good though. And yeah, I wouldn't pay $600 for the OEM euro tails either... I just don't like tinting. I don't care what you say, the light output is still affected if you put something over it. When your car has been hit three times like mine and you get tired of repairing accident damage, you'll be paranoid like me.
