Also on a side note whats the price for rent on that home if you don't mind me asking? I'm wanting to know price ranges for houses/apartments that have atleast 1 garage, I know of this nice little place and would be ideal for me, just need a full time job.

Me and a buddy went to this calendar girl search event in st.louis one day, probably about a year ago. We got all different kinds of hammered and it was at a motor cycle dealership. We out drank nearly everyone there and that sign was on a fence in the parking lot. We thought it would be awesome to have, so we cut the ties and threw it in my car before we got a cab. Came back the next day and couldn't stop laughing that it was shoved in the front of the honda . Every time I see it, it makes me laugh so I hung it up.

Rent in my place is $900 a month + utilites + cable/internt. Includes, water and trash. 2 bed, 2 bath, nice kitchen, central air, fenced back yard and it's only 2 years old. I am in the nicest rental housing in town, so if you were looking in como you can find cheaper than I'm paying

$900? Damn, dude. Even middle-unit townhouses are going $1600+/month for the newer units in my area.

My wife has already started bugging me about moving away from MN.....

Our house was only 60K here in bumpkinville.... they're trying to choke us with taxes every year, but ya know.

Buddy's brother in law managed a home depot up in minneapolis, told my bud his house (a quarter of the yard and minus a bedroom and bathroom and laundry room of ours) would easily go for 100 up there. you guys have some insane prices up there

Yes. Fiesta is much lighter and much better chassis/suspension/bang for your buck. Would make a really neat canyon/auto-x car.

Not to mention the good power and torque for a small light car, and good MPG. Every reviewer I've watched loved the car.
