Looks good! And it'll look even better, brighter, when the bulbs fully break in.

In a little bit of a pickle. I need atleast another half inch to an inch of depth to my shroud.

Here's where the shroud should sit when its fully on. You can see its no where near it needs to be to cover everything. This made me look through the available shrouds and the only one I want would be the Orbit. Wouldn't mind the gatling guns or Apollo but I don't want accent lighting.

Also another issue is the space between the projector and lens(Don't get bothered by the clarity of the lens, the ones I'll be using will be clear and new). I don't even know IF I could even put a shroud in between that space without it rubbing. I don't really think I have a way to move the projector back more.

I'll sleep on this. Just wanting opinions since I'm stuck, after trimming and getting the projector in I figured out the hardest part for me would be cutting the shroud to fit hah.

Ignore my lovely coat rack, SC/T kit, and front bumper.

For the retrofitted HID's that I bought on here, originally built by Mcgyver, I know he used headlight covers instead of the original lense..not sure if it was for clearance issues or because it got rid of the reflector..either way, it's another option for tackling that issue.

The picture is obviously not the right one, but that's the style he used for them.

Bought some Bullet and Orbit shrouds. I figure worse case scenario I'll just pull and seal the lens a little further out. I only need very little room to fit a shroud in there.

So it was a nice 35 degrees out, warmer then the past days decided to take a projector outside.

Some output shots, they suck ass but its with my phone and some are not focus'd, was holding the projector and doing this with one hand so you get the gist. Photos of course do not do justice, they really do have good distance as well as decent foreground, if there is such a thing to some people.

Ignore the dead grass which is over exaggerated with light by the camera. Not to mention the camera was in night mode which fks up the quality.

Nice Work on the retrofit. The Hardest part like you said is getting the shrouds to fit right. I had to trim off some of mine. Its crazy how you don't realize how big the shrouds actually are until you get them in your hand.

Bought another set of black headlights for the retro. So once my shrouds get here and those get here it will actually be making progress, then hopefully on one of the spontaneous 50 degree days it gets here in the winter maybe I'll be able to install it.

Ha! I'm ready for it to be spring. I've still got to paint my headlights. Just waiting for a decent day. Or I just paint them in the garage and open a window and out a fan in it to help remove some fumes...

So I got this message on my tracking information from USPS:

Expected Delivery Day: Friday, February 7, 2014
Your item was undeliverable as addressed at 8:03 pm on February 7, 2014 in COLUMBIA, MO 65203. It is being returned if appropriate information is available.

USPS is starting to annoy me with their laziness. I google'd around and from what I'm getting at this means they're sending it back to the sender because the address did not have enough information to be delivered. Was also another thing that said it might of gotten put on the wrong truck since trucks are not supposed to be on anothers persons route so that might be it.

Not to mention we haven't gotten mail for the past 3 days because the USPS people are to lazy to walk in 2 inches of snow to get to the mailbox.
