his consists of 8' florescent lights
well still in a garage. with or without wheels

I got my 18x8 from the Canadian equivalent of Tirerack. The site I think was 1010tires.com. Thats the only place I could find the Sport Edition KV5's in the offset/bolt pattern/size I wanted. They don't have the wheels in stock anymore last time I checked. They're 5x114.3, My spacers/adapters where set to 5x114.3 while my stock wheels are 5x115 so theres no problems there, just if I where to have a problem I would want it to happen on my stock wheels, not my 18s. Hub bore lip on my spacers is the same as stock. They're 22mm spacers.

And Yeah I have All-Season tires so for AS's its surprising in the snow

I'm in MN and with my snow tires I do just fine. No "car" is going through a 2 foot drift at the end of a driveway.

You actually may be that stupid , they're NOT from a bonneville. They're from the Pontiac concept cars. Don't get me wrong, they do look similar, I get that all the time people telling me "those are off the Bonneville GXP," but they aren't. They look much better IMO. I originally wanted the Bonneville GXP wheels but after hearing that they have an offset of 55mm that threw me away from them immediately, not to mention I wanted some zing to my wheels, the GXP wheels look too plain anymore when I look at mine.

Tanner could always have custom Pontiac vinal round stickers made and install them like window tint. I think it would look rather nice and if he didn't like the look than he could always take them off.
