I thought I texted you and told you that... guess i can download it again. my phone has been going all dammed wonky tho, i'm missing notifications left and right, so its later when i finally look at the phone and realize someones been trying to talk to me for an hour

That's only a bill, I believe it still needs to be passed first before it goes into affect.

I could be wrong but I think it's not been passed yet. Hopefully it will be passed so I can put my plate filler in!

I gave a copy of it to my dad and his friend showed to a police officer or judge, cant remember which and they said it was true

Unless it's already been passed it shouldn't be legal yet... A bill doesn't make it a law it's basically just a proposal.. Either way I hope it is either done or gets done 2 plates sucks!

So I took my car out and tried the brakes for real. I stood and the brake and it came to a VERY fast stop. Thankfully my tops were off or I would have hit my head. In the process I lost my plate filler. Pretty funny way to lose the plate filler

Yeah I did. Was easier than trying to sell it privately for an additional $500.

No and no. I was at my cousins apartment. And parked in a bay area next to his car (done it plenty of times before) no one has ever been parked there. Its un used. And they didnt like that I was there. But this was the first time I was there during working hours. Im usually there later.. park there and have never had issues. Plus this is the first time ive been warned. So idk why they said final warning. Guess ya only get one!
