Meh, could care less for audio. I have a perfectly fine time with stock and my ipod. I don't blast my music so I don't need that high end audio equipment to make music sound clear when its loud.

If I where to do anything it would be to swap the Monsoon system in but that wouldn't work. Need to replace a speaker to two though, one has been blown since I got the car, rattles every now and then.

90% of the time my radio is off.

The sound of my exhaust is the music to my ears.

i refused to get an aftermarket deck for a really long time Tanner. i didn't want to mess with the looks on the car.
O well, an $80 special on amazon is pushing my speakers louder AND more clearly than i ever thought possible. and BLUETOOTH!!!! i don't have to fidget with my phone anymore.
when i see people spending sh!tloads on audio upgrades...i get it now!
but you can completely overhaul the GA's old busted speakers and deck for $250ish. and you wouldn't believe the difference

Aj. My garage is 60x40... with plenty of airflow inside. It would take a LONG time if not damn near impossible to kill me

And mac/tanner. I can get an upgraded version of my sony xplod radio for 129 that has bluetooth. I might change down the road. But atm I dont have music on my droid phone. Wait till I get another iphone then ill consider upgrading the head unut.

Oh and aj. Its outside.

Edit: replaced photo with non cropped version.

Exhaust is fine and dandy and all. But not as good and some Metallica playing crisp and clear on a beautiful day with the windows down.

Yeah, it's like they say, you spend a little time looking at the outside of your car but a lot of time looking at the inside. Well you spend a lot of time listening to the stereo in it as well, so it might as well sound nice.

That's one place I haven't done much on my car that I hope to correct this summer. Problem is I don't have the money to do everything the way I want it. I'm going to upgrade at least the front door speakers though. Back when I had my GP one of the door speakers started buzzing and I replaced it with a basic pair of kenwood 4x6's with built in crossovers. Nothing fancy, and quite affordable actually. The difference in sound was unbelievable.

The stock monsoon sounds fairly good for what you get, but I agree..the upgrades to a stereo can really improve upon it..and if you spend a ton of time driving, it can be nice.

I've had my car since early 2003 and I just finally put in an aftermarket head unit last summer. I love it. Sirius XM, Bluetooth with microphone, USB, Aux hookup and an IPOD interface. It looks really good too. I've had subs and an amp for ever. I am very in to music though and couldn't live without it. Tanner, your car is definitely my favorite on here. I'm probably ordering the spacers for my crappy wheels so I will already have them. Thanks again for the info on those. Brake upgrade will be happening this year as well. I need to get the special edition wheels as well then my car will almost be done. Sorry for copying you but I think those wheels are perfect. (I do need to get my spoiler painted I think)

I clean my interior way less then I do the outside. I like the car to look spotless outside for people to see. Inside gets cleaned every now and then. But honestly the carpet could use replacing because of stains when my uncle owned it. Aside from that the interior cleans up real nice.

And aj. Not this time! But seriously. Im confused with the whole mirrors look weird thing.

Mac. I have bunch of music on itunes. But I dont listen to music on my phone like ever. So a part of me wants bluetooth. The other part makes me think will it be worth it because I rarely use my phone for music. My radio is always on 97.1 (country music) or turned off just to listen to the car. Rarely use cd's. And dont use the AUX cord for my phone to the radio either.

Honestly, there is much more mirror on these then the mickeys. You can see alot more with them which is what I like. And the indent on the back of the mirrors go well with the indent down the car.

I have 4 Rockford 6.5s and a 50x4 Rockford amp in my TA. All was $200+ wiring kit and it sounds great. Not a lot of bass but the amp is a 5 channel so I can add a sub if I wanted to. You can pick up alpine speakers for cheap and they sound great.

I've got a droid smartphone and I don't have hardly any music on mine either. I want to keep the storage space for pics/video and apps. I keep a couple songs on it for ring tones and that's it. I don't use apps like pandora etc 'cause I don't want to waste all my data on it. Only places I really listen to music is in the car, and I've got an MP3 player and a head unit with a hard drive for music storage.

I have android as well and use Pandora on it tho. When I had an 80 mile round trip for work, I found out quickly that for data I needed 10 gb/month or I'd be eating it on my bill..thankfully AT&T had a great deal at the time..only cost me $5 extra per month for the extra 5gb's I needed..well worth the investment.

To be noted, I have a pandora station for almost every type of music..and all have been heavily modified over the years to the point that they play exactly what I want, when I want..it's beautiful..
