And sure enough your response was the same.

Thanks fellas. Yeah I've been learning more and more on what I should lower on. So BMR springs seems to be the way I will go.

I need to buy new products to dry the car. I've found nothing with spot free anything. And my microfibers just won't cut it. So it look terrible no matter what after a wash.

I would throw out 1 product but you know, I'll get sht for it.

Try QD while you're drying it.

BTW I use Viking drying towels from O'Reilly's, they're the big yellow ones.

Whew... I thought I was the only one with that problem!

It shows up especially bad with black cars I've seen...

I'm not understanding how you are having a problem with it, only excuse that the black paint would give is you can see them easier but with my red paint I'll look at that sht with a microscope and it will be spotless after a drying.

then

It won't get it absolutely spot free, but it'll get it dry nicely.

While I won't bash, no matter how tempting it is, a good round of quick detailer and/or claybar, followed by a well applied wax..will get you the best final results.

To me, waterspots, not a big deal..because the second you drive down the street you pick up dirt and dust..that picture perfect finish only lasts so long,

I have used this method, and since using it it has cause a lot of swirls in the paint. I'm not sure how. The paint wasn't this bad when I got it. So I have no idea.

But after a wash, I bring it back and use the quick detailer and just some basic spray wax to get all the other crap off. It's due for a good wax, but I would rather have the paint corrected before I wax it again. I'm sick of the swirls.

But thanks for the compliment coop.

Shammy cloth!!! Safe as long as its clean and so is paint. No swirls holds 10x its weight of the rag. And you ring out and keep reusing. Seriously. 10 bucks at autozone. INVEST

Uhh..... shammy is a rubber like towel. Not a cloth really.

I have a blue one from autozone. Works flawless

Oh well I'm talking about the sham wow thing.

Won't get into a detailing fude but anything that doesn't have cushion to it I won't use. You're just grinding the small little dust particles that accumulate quickly into the paint. May not notice it at first but overtime you'll get little micro swirls IMHO.

If you use a sqeegee or leather shammy you have to do it very carefully.
