Here it is with the wheels, tires and brakes. I still need to paint my rear calipers but it looks good anyway. Thanks for the wheel idea Erick! Anyway I know my car is far from perfect and it isn't getting a paint job any time soon. I do need new fog lights however. Tails should be on by Monday.

99ga - that escalated quickly.

Gt - looks nice. Just needs a drop.

Nice thing about fbody brakes. Some came podercoated red. my fbody brakes will be here this week. I may hit fastenal (bolt company) for some upgraded bolts for the front brakes. I hate the stock brake bolts for the alero/ga. They are to easy to round the heads on.

Wait so why did you switch from bigger Baer brakes to smaller F body brakes?

My guess is maintenance. Two piece rotors aren't cheap.

I thought about lowering it but I am having issues with the rear driver side tire rubbing. It is messing the tire up. My suspension is brand new too. Could it be that the lowering springs are just that much tighter? I'm just afraid to drop it now.

I put ceramic pads on and they still sound like they are scraping. Does that ever go away or should I use different pads? Also my stainless braided lines should be in next week.

Pretty much. I love the baers but at around 200 or so a rotor. I can get parts alot cheaper. So the kit is up for sale for anyone else who would like a rare kit since they will sit on a shelf. But for 250$ I got the fbody setup with all new parts. And brembo pads included. I just didnt want to spend 400 on rotors. The baer rotors still have some life. But they need new ones in the near future.

But.... you cant get the baer kit anywhere else and who knows. I might be the LAST person you will ever see selling the kit.

Aside from that. I love the baers. They look great, not common on our cars, perform amazing, and the 13 in rotor is jist BEEFY. Really looks great behind an 18" wheel. And I havent swapped yet... calipers and rotors come in this week. I already have the hardware kit and pads though (got last week). Ive been debating on going to fastenal for better bolts though since the stock ones the heads are easy to round em off. As stated above.

They are quite stiffer imo. Gr2 struts and cunuck springs are quite a stiffer ride from stock. Im suprised you are having trouble but 99ga never did with his lowered.

Ya my driver side rear tire is getting chewed up bad. What else could cause this if the struts are replaced? It is weird that my pass side rear is not getting messed up. Oh ya, it's nice to see that your car is not f'ed up!

Is your rear tire rubbing on the inside against the strut, or is it rubbing on the outside against the fender?

If it's rubbing on the inside against the strut, nothing you can with the suspension, the wheel is the wrong offset/tire is too wide. You could get a spacer to bring the wheel out.

If rubbing against the outside against the fender you can roll the fender for clearance.
