Ben, car looks good but I thought you were putting rear disc brakes? If not don't highlight that you have drum brakes by painting them red.

Dude really? IVE been having these wheels for months now, anyways they are mustang saleen replicas, about $132/rim, and im lowered 1.75".
i f you get everything new (springs, struts, mounts ect) your looking at $450+ for the drop, luckily I found a dirt cheap deal on the struts, and canuck springs are cheap , so I saved a good amount of money.
3rd copy ftw lmao then a meet for team red should be scheduled

99ga. What struts did you use? Please tell me they are kyb gr2 struts and not basically stock struts. Ive heard stock struts don't take kindly to lowering springs.

I am getting the disc setup tomorrow morning. But I painted the drums red just in case I don't finish the disc swap. I leave for my house on Tuesday (I am 250 miles away now) and I don't want to have half-finished rear brakes that don't work

Well bad news. The Mitchell junkyard has "sold" (they just can't find it) the red GT I was gonna take the brakes off of. So I went to Sioux Falls to a you-pullit junkyard and got the brakes, a cargo net with clips, ram air v6 badges in red, a rear view mirror from a gt (they have little lights), and a gt overhead dome light (they have individual lights for the rear passengers).

Let the hating begin.

But since it was 3 hrs round trip to get them, I won't be able to install them until next time I visit Mitchell because I ran out of time.

I'm sure there was no difference between the GT and SE dome lights or rearview mirrors. It probably depended on if your car was a coupe or sedan.

Do not install badges! That was a waste of money. Looks much better without those badges. I am de-badging mine soon. Also why do you have to go back to install the brakes?

The more weight there is in the back seats, the more it will rub
By the way. How did you go about rolling your fenders? I haven't done that before. That will do the trick I'm sure. But seriously why is it only the driver side tire and not the passenger side that is getting the brunt of it?

Okay. I've been reading about the impala 3rd brake light mod. Some give a right up about cutting and modding. Some say it is a direct bolt on. I'm confused. I would like the bolt on option if available. Anybody want to chime in?

All you need is some extra wire, and the impala led panel. So hit a junkyard, pull led panel out of impala brake light, pop in yours, wire it up and done. Pretty easy.
