Exactly.

It came out of rotation somehow ever so slightly but I could care less, it's not affecting the output in anyway. Never expect your first retro to be perfect or easy. You should know that since you gave up and gave it to someone else to complete.

How much a difference do you notice with the sway bars? Just curious how they are performing. I've seen very positive posts and reviews on them from others. I would like to get my hands on a set. I would of snag them before you but I didn't know at the time that my hours at work would increase and leave me with excess money

The Swaybars make a nice difference, your ride will feel more stiff for sure. I had the same set of Swaybars on my Grand Am when I owned it. It's the best upgrade you can do on these cars in terms of handling.

They're really nice, I just need to find out how to fix the clunking/popping noise I get from the rear every now and then, my guess is to tighten the end link bolts while its sitting on the ground. Annoying as hell.

Yeah the sway bars really do make a substantial difference in terms of handling.

Did you reuse the stock brackets or the ones supplied from Speedbuilt? I stuck with the stock ones because of all the reviews of people having theirs break since the ones supplied are "universal" and really don't fit all that well. Also, I hope you made sure you used enough grease for the fittings. That could contribute to any noise you may hear. And lastly, yes, you need to re-tighten the end links while the car is on the ground. Hopefully you put the endlink on correctly. They can be rather easy to mess up.

I still have by front bar sitting in the garage. Not sure I want to tackle that job at home. A lift would make things so much easier.

I reused stock brackets, the only thing my swaybars came with are the bushings and grease. They're well greased so that shouldn't be the problem and the bar was installed correctly along with the end links, I bought new end links prior to installing them. When it was in the air one was installed backwards but we fixed it.

Are the rear end link bolts supposed to be torqued to a certain ft lbs?
