On the contrary. I had one and it was crystal clear for 3 years. $9 at walmart.

- I drove a Challenger SRT8 (MT) and test drove a Charger SRT (auto-manual) Two things I've taken away are that the suspension on both was abysmal and the auto-manual on the SRT was lagging too much for my liking.

-The Charger still doesn't come with a MT, which is a deal breaker.

Ultimately there are other offerings with more than enough power and much better chassis/suspension to handle it in corners.
Dodge needs to man up and put a manual trans in the hellcat charger. But, im sure they will add a better performing auto in the hellcat series.

I dunno, the one I had always sounded like crap. Maybe you had a better tape deck?

Regardless, it's still not capable of reproducing CD level sound quality.

Per an engineer at Chrysler, back in 2006-2008 or whenever they were crash testing this Charger chassis, they crashed and certified the auto-gear box with the automatic floor plate only. The manual would have required a different floor plate and therefore a another separate certification and the costs to mock it up and certify it again quickly shut down that endeavor. Really sucks. I'd buy one in a heartbeat.

But alas, the GT350 has been OFFICIALLY announced and I couldn't be more tickled.

Close enough to CD level that I can't tell the difference. The trick is you need the electronic ones. The ones that still use actual CD tape and need to be flipped when you get to the end are trash.

Yes. It was a cassette with tape inside similar to VHS. I haven't seen one in years. They all have an electronic tab where the tape would have been read by the player now and go for VERY cheap. The quality was good enough that I never bothered getting AUX cables that were running $120+.

Yeah, mine was an electronic one, never seen a tape one. Sound quality still sucked, but like I said that could have been due to the stereo and stock speakers I was playing through. In a normal radio with better speakers it would probably sound better. In a higher end stereo system though, I'll bet you would notice some sound degradation. A magnetic head simply is not capable of transmitting the volume of data used to reproduce the rich sound depth you'd get from a laser disc or digital wav file. Most people wouldn't notice or care though.

Ah yea I did hear goofy stuff on the Audi's Bose System now that you mention it. The trick is to dial your volume down from max on your MP3 to about 80-85%, and then adjust the speakers via the car from there to desired. Anything above 85% on the source was a little fuzzy.

Was a nice 35 today so I did the first winter wash, been over a week since its last wash which is a long time for me but I can't wash it when its below freezing or else the water would just freeze, anytime above 30 is fine for me. Paint is nice and smooth like glass after the sealant and wax even after all that dirt sitting on it for a while.

One of my favorites from the photoshoot.

Just gotta find something wrong don't you? Its not, its the angle of the picture, thats how its been since I put it on. You don't realize how PITA the SC/T rear lip is to put on, thats how it fits, its near impossible to get it perfect not to mention even if you do it will eventually flex to what you see there from heat and cold etc.

Many people had problems with it considering it was made like 1mm smaller then the rear bumper. I was lucky enough to even get it on using the tape rather then other people who literally molded theirs on or screws them on.

I wasnt meaning it in that way, i like the pics. Just didnt know if you knew that. Nor did i know about the sct kit not being a 100% perfect fit. I saw something black in that pic, and threw it out there. Lol
