The generation of my S/C was confirmed by Magnacharger. If you have a sticker on your's and it has a set of two letters followed by four numbers on it, they can tell you what gen you have.

It's also stamped in the blower casing next to the outlet

but it's hidden on ours by the outlet casting. You have to take that off to see it. All the production magnacharger grand am kits with the S curved inlet casting where gen4 eatons, and only the prototype units with the straight inlet tube where gen3.

No idea. I don't even know if those would be the right size bearings and stuff because I don't know if they used the same sizes on the custom nose drives for these things as on the stock eaton nose drive.

There is another store online that does rebuilding and coating services, as well as selling rebuild kits with various levels of parts for doing just the nose drive all the way to a complete rebuild including needle bearings for the rotor casing. http://thehighspeedlab.com/index.html Same problem though, I don't know which kit to order. I've been intending on doing some research into it some day, and if all else fails just ordering an M62 kit and seeing if everything fits. Just haven't gotten around to it, nor had the time or money.

i forgot the name of the company, but there is a place that is famous for porting out the m112 for mustangs. i think they also offer rebuild kits for the other magnuson models, but i don't see why the ga blower would use different teflon bearings tahn other m62'ss, at least inside the case.

It's probably here. http://www.stiegemeier.com/home.html That's where the one guy on here sent his to be rebuilt, ported, and polished. Forget his name but he didn't keep it and sold it to someone else on here.

Anyway it's not the stuff in the case I'm worried about it's the nose drive. I'm sure the rotor bearings and gear drive and probably the coupler as well are all standard M62 hardware. The drive shaft extension though is not a normal M62 unit. Magnuson Products makes a two piece universal drive extension for eaton blowers so they can be used in custom setups. http://www.magnusonproducts.com/drives.htm They only go to 10" long though and ours is longer than that, so it was obviously a custom length that Magnacharger asked them to make for them (Magnuson is the parent company of Magnacharger). I guess I would have to call Magnuson up and see if they will tell me what they use for bearings and seals in that drive extension.

10" is not their limit. I have called them up and they can make them in any length up to 22".

But if ours is 13.5 or so, what kind of vehicle could that fit in?

maybe for custom yes, but they only list up to 10" on their webpage for off the shelf stuff.

We still would need to know if they use standard M62 size bearings and seals in them as well before we could order a rebuild kit and service the nose drive ourselves.

I bought Unchained01's kit back in 2013. I believe it's a ten 3. The charger was ported to remove casting flaws and the input and output are ported for casting flaws...I got as close to matching the 65mm TB as I could without compromising the integrity of the metal. I'm running a 2.2" pulley but it is sitting on the shelf until my motor build is complete. Look for a build thread...coming soon

I was under the understanding that the supercharger I got from RAZE was acquired from SPAZ not ND4SPDIII. But I may be wrong?

Suede headliner, heated seats, jvc HU, infinity speakers+amp+subs, LEDs -probably less than 1000 miles on it in the last 3 years...

Getrag F23 swap is next once tuning is complete and it's too cold out to go outside. Custom FBSS Air Suspension built and installed.
