Oh man.... Those lumps of metal used to be pistons.

Someone brought up a good point though. This guy did more than "just downshift". This guys held the gas on after he hit second. Guess he didn't realize it time.... BLAMMO!

Another question popped into my head. Why in God's name would you downshift when you're turning 7,000 rpm in the first place? wtf

I'm sorry, but that's just asking for trouble..... and he got it. Assclown.

I remember that one. The guy was "racing" an M3, blew up his engine and then said "Oh man, my parents are going to kill me".

If you read the thread, it says he was trying for a 5 - 4 downshift and hit second instead....

One of the main reasons i would never buy a manual. I am afraid from my own stupidity. I drove my friend's RSX and almost destroyed his clutch.

The poor K20A2 I don't know what that guy was thinking down shifting like he did. The problem with the Type S is the gears are so close. The common problem is people accidently shift to 2nd when they really want to shift to 4th

It's not hard at all... Like I said 2nd and 4th gear are very close. As long as the clutch is in he can put it in any gear (except reverse) even 1st. He was dumb enough to let the clutch out
