what's really cool about this kit is that it also comes w/ upgraded injectors, 2bar map sensor, a reprogram to take advantage of the supercharger, all install crap, supercharger, belt....

it's pretty freakin sweet

Don't hold your breath on a GM 3.4L SC for us.....

Our best hope is that they make a kit when the 3.5L or the SC GAGT's come out.

Elrod said that they won't do it because of the 4T45....

But if i get a 4 banger you know this is probably going in!!!!

As I recall the Alero Cal is a bit different than the GA cal, I dont want to get into specifics but my guess is it wont work..

according to the service reps at a few shops (edit:dealers) here and the rep at GMPP the alero and the GA hae the same ecu programs. So, yeah it should work.

My only Q is where did this press release come from? Not one person anywhere seems to know anything about this.

j-body guys tend to be ontop of the release of their parts.. and as you can see there is now an automatic calibration for the j-body which means damn straight they're jumping on it..

Yeah I saw the post on JBO but they have my account de-activated so I can't post (bastards). But i have yet to find someone, anyone in the GM power strcture who can validate **** for me. All I'm asking is to validate this release from GM, and I have yet to do so from any method.

OK, message from the guy at the dealership who was running with this for me says it "will work for the n-bodies" based on that and all the other conversations I had with folks yesterday It sounds like it should work with the Alero.

BTW oldsman the dealer I talked to was an olds dealer so your friendly neighbor hood olds dealer should be able to get this for ya

pretty much any gm dealer w/ a scan tool and that also works w/ gmperformance parts should be able to do it... which is like most all of them.
