On a side note, where the he!! do they get these pictures anyway? Some GM exec's accidently leave it parked out in the middle of the dessert while they ran off to get some coffee?

I was hope-ing' somebody was going to post those up, saw those pics yesterday and it has given me some time to think about what the heck I'm seeing. First off it really disappointed me, and now since I getting use to it, its not bad. Not great, but not bad. Plus that the base model thats most likely the car we are looking at.

Well, from what the source say's, the base motor will be the 3.5L 200hp V-6 that will appear first in the Malibu. Hope its true, because I would really hate to see a underpowered I-4 in there, even if its the wonderful Ecotec. Plus the 3.9L 255 V-6 looks like it will fit good in there. Amagine slapping a s/c on that motor.

Can't wait to see interior pics of this thing.

Come on, Neon rear lights? wtf Well these are spy shots and the car will probably look different that what I see right now. Plus the top of the line model will probably do away with any complaints I have. Plus I bet that thing has alot better drag co. than the current GA does. I just hope the car doesn't gain alot of weight, keep as light as possible to make it as fast as possible with the motors it gets.

PICS came from GM Inside news, but there was somebody else that posted them first, they also have a better pic of the Chevy HHR on that site too.

From the front it almost looks like a compacted Aztek. The rear is definate Neon nonsense. Great thinking, GM.
