Project: Turbo GT

Well, this is my first post of many for this. At this point, I have all of the major components (aside from the rear manifold).

- T3 Turbo
- FMIC
- Oil Cooler
- Loads of 2.5" Intake piping
- Vortech 10:1 FMU
- HKS BOV

I will post pics just so you can see what I am working with...

As you can see, it is a bit dirty, but that's expected since they're all used parts (except the FMU, which is freakin beautiful in person). It will all be cleaned up, etc after I get it in AND get it working properly.

Blah.. you're all going to hate me...

I have decided to cancel the project. I won't be able to tune this the way I want to and I just don't have the time to mess with installation.

I have decided instead to go for an 'all motor' approach and I will be installing heads, manifolds, headers, etc.

Please take this opportunity to verbally abuse me.

Just a suggestion, if you buy his kit, DO SOMETHING OTHER THAN USE THE CROSSOVER! That's the most inefficient way to set this thing up, cough up the cash and geat turbo headers made, like it's supposed to be.

YES! There is hope yet. Keep the parts incase you decide at a later date that you have the time and resources to put some real power in the car. Optimize the engine in NA form, then when you want to add boost it'll really kick.

Okay well, I have decided to sell it. I am going to get together the last few pieces I needed (nothing major) and list it in the FS section in the next couple of days.

Mission: Failed
