Decided saving money was a better option then spending it all on a car. That.....and the insurance company punk'd me and made me get a car comprably priced to the Grand Am. Ugh.

Oh well, I really like this SUV....I'll have fun with it.

Some extra info: '04 Xterra, with the power, sport, and towing packages. Basically, essential stuff for offroading. Already bought the rubber floor mats front and rear.....and some neoprene seat covers. Tomorrow it's getting the front windows tinted to match the rest of the car.

I hear they're comprable to Jeep's when it comes to offroading too. Come spring time, I'm going to be adding 32" BF Goodrich A/T's......maybe a lift and steering dampener.

I was getting a 350z or STi.....so ~$28k sticker is a lot cheaper than ~$34k sticker, plus ~$15k worth of stuff I was gonna throw in.

BTW: I got this for $21,700 before taxes. Talked them down $6k. I am assuming it's because I know the dealerships' owner, and I walked in with $23k in cash and said "I'd like to buy that car, here's what I want to spend today".

[edit]And none of the Subaru dealerships were willing to talk.....they all wanted ~$2k over sticker. Fock that.

congrats on the xtera its a nice ride, and gotta dig the compartment in the rear hatch for the first aid kit

Well, I am going to modify this....just hot crazy style if you will. Larger tires, lift, random chassis stuff, steering stuff, maybe another system, and i'm putting my Clifford Matrix RS3 in the Xterra....holy **** is that a nice system.....but not nearly the amount of $$ I had planned for the STi.

Nice SUV. Those are fun. It's always nice to try something different in your life. I certainly won't buy another American automatic 4 door again.

No...the stock supercharger adds 20whp, and it adds $4k to the bill. Fock that.

I didn't know the cost. I did know that it only pushes around 220 hp with the SC.
