Can you email me more pics of those side markers? During the day or at night with them actually on...I love that idea.

how and what did you use to tint your head/tail lights?

they arent tinted at all. I just painted parts of the housing black to make it look like i did. As for the side markers, it was pretty easy.. just go get these little lights from autozone... i forget what they are called,,, put out by APC and come in like green, blue, and hyper white LED's. I bought the white ones but cops around here are asses so i had to take the white led out and put in some amber LED's. I just trimed back the black trim, ran the wire through the fender, and to the blinker. I have them wired so they only blink on the blinker but im thinking about wireing them into my parking lights too. i dont know.

Thanks for the compliments guys. Feels good to see people appriciate your hard work and ideas.

okay, i see where you painted your headlights, like at the bottom (thats all i can see)....was it hard to remove the lenses? is it as easy as removing the taillight lenses? what did you use for paint? i have a 95, i wonder if it will be any different.....oh well, well see

HAHA... percent tint is 50. Legal in Louisisna and we have to have vehicle inspections every year so i didnt want to hassle with that. As for the headlights, I dont know if it will make any different at all on you car, Shizzy because the 95's have those lenses that arent perfectly clear... they dont have the "jewel like" headlights the newer ones to, but you can try it... im sure its different. Its very similar to the tails, just have to pull the lenses off. And thanks about the turn signals. That is probably the thing im most proud of i figured out. between that and the darkened headlights.

Did you have to remove your rocker panel to do those side markers?? I have SC/T rockers sitting in my basement...maybe I could make this a winter project! Post up more info or a "how to" on what you did !!!!

just a badass grand am... and no exception in person. love the one of a kind mods!! as you can tell at GAP, i'm amused by little things. like your led display in your vents, your power inverter, side marker, head lights,.... etc.
