Pics of the Widow at Pebble Beach (Scenic)

Just a few pics I took on my last trip down to Southern California. These pics are taken on the scenic 17-mile Drive in Pebble Beach, CA.

First... at the rest stop on our way to the meet in Santa Barbara...

I had a lot of really good pictures. Here are the ones I selected to post....

Wow, very nice pictures! I like the scenics!

All the purple isn't really all my flavor, but its cool! You going to get rims or anything like that? Hell, for the whole theme you're goin with, those Enkei spider style rims might fit rather nicely. I'll try and find actual names and pictures.

Ooo... spider rims... I wanna see a pic.

And yeah, there is too much purple, I know. I will be re-doing the whole car with airbrushing and removing the vinyl over the next year or so. There will be very little vinyl left by the time I am done.

I'd say take it off the sooner the better, before the sun discolors the paint and you've got ghost spider webs on the car hehe.

They wouldn't even really be that bad, if maybe the point of the web started where the vinyl roll call is, like near the front rocker, make it spout from the front bottom corner and go up. I'm still lookin but i'll definately show you as soon as I find it.

Okay here's the rims. They're Enkei Shutoko's, discontinued, but still you can find em. You might like it.

The car will eventually get repainted so I am not worried about the vinyl causing fading. It hasn't been on there that long and won't be on much longer.

Those wheels are AWESOME!! Do they make them for our cars I wonder? I gotta find some of those!!

Hehe I figured you'd like em. I've got a friend who's got them too. I don't think they'll be the exact same bolt pattern, you may need hub spacers, but you can most likely make em fit!

Hehe well glad I could help you out. If theres a particular size, I'll see what my buddy has and if he may be interested in selling in the spring if you can't find a used set.

Yes, I think it is. I LOVE Monterey/Seaside/Pebble Beach area! We go there often.

About the wheels, I'd buy them if the price was right and he was willing to sell them. That would be great. I have had no luck finding any used ones yet. Could you find out what bolt pattern and offset they are? Just so I know.

That information should be available either on WheelSpec or on other sites. I'll try my best to find it though. Most likely it isn't our bolt pattern heh. We can never win.

Someone on GAOC was just trying to sell these for their friend a few weeks ago...in fact you inquired about them in the thread and I provided specs. Search GAOC for the wheels name provided above here.

Spider-man, Spider-man
Does whatever a spider can
Spins a web, any size
Catches thieves, just like flies
Look out! Here comes the Spider-man!

Is he strong Listen, Bud!
He's got radioactive blood.
Can he swing from a thread
Take a look overhead.
Hey there, there goes the Spider-man!

In the chill of night,
At the scene of the crime
Like a streak of light
He arrives just in time

Spider-man, Spider-man
Friendly neighborhood Spider-man
Wealth and fame, he's ignored
Action is his reward
To him, life is a great big bang-up
Wherever there's a hang-up
You'll find the Spider-man!
