SERIOUSLY! new custom tailz done, there in and staying that way!

ok, so i finaly got the ones i want completed, they are the stock cleared tailz and lenses w/ clear 4" truck led lights in them, i spray tinted the clear truck lights for two reasons, to make it match my car, and to also cut down the brightness because they were almost headlights!!!! they are just glued into the housing in the spots, and wired up super custom like, i wanted all to come on for tailz and brakes, but the outer ones to be tail, brake, and turn. so to do this, i needed to get a tail light converter from walmart and wire that up (because we have sepaerte brake and turn signals and trailers only have one)

so when ya look that them, they look like regualr cleared gt tails, but when lit, o baby r they sexy... almost like ***...

DONT REPLY TILL ALL 5 PICTS ARE UP... THANKS

What was the total cost of these for you to make? Materials, wires, harnesses, whatever. Just curious

4" clear led lights $25 ea or $100 all 4
spray tint $3
silicone $3
trailer harness $10

so i quess around $116 in cause you were curious, and in case your beatin around the bush tryin to say why not just buy some aftermarket ones, i have plenty of answers for that as well....

http://www.buytruckstuff.com/product...ry=2&p_gpID=82

they have all sizes, shapes, and whatever, my roomie is doing a simular thing w/ his satty, but he's using oval clear ones for tail and brake , and for the turns, he's using the oval amber one where the led arrows flash from left to right or viseversa depending on what way he's turning... they even got clear led backups the same size w/ 60 led's in there... but mega coin for those.. he he...

I like them alot. I think lightly smoked tails like stock look waaay better then clear tails, for the GA.

I was not hinting that you should buy aftermarket, it was more of a nod toward the price of the aftermarket lights that are similar and the ridiculous price diffference $120 compared to $500+

They are teh cool, good job
