My family is definately a nissan family, weve got a 96 pathfinder, a 00 pathfinder and an infiniti qx4. Imo they are great reliable vehicles. I dont think you'd be goin wrong with an 05 frontier

Well my brother has a Nissan car. 03 Altima with 2.5L 4 cyl engine. It's a good solid car. He has 20k miles on it now and hasn't had any problems. Nissan has put out a lot of good cars lately.

Just picked up a 04 Altima 2.5S for my girl. She loves the car. Quality is great, only thing I Noticed is a tad bid more road noise than my car.

My nissan has been pretty reliable so far, besides the ecm burning up on me last week due to a recall I never received in the mail, other than that no other problems with 36k on the clock. The service is something to be desired though they rank almost last in customer service my dealer has been good to me but when I take it to another dealer they try to make excuses about getting out of doing the work b/c I didnt buy the car from them

I wouldnt buy a nissan truck though the Frontiers dont really impress me I'd go look at ford the new F150s are badass.

I'm a fan of Nissan: quality cars for a pretty good price. Not a fan of the Frontier, but I could see myself behind the wheel of le pimp Titan.

Ya... About that one word Price, I'm trying to not lose ahole lot of money with buying a truck the titan looks badass But i can afford it nor a F150 There Priceing is friggin nuts on the Ford. Sometime i think its one of the only Things that keeps Ford awake. Im lookin at Mid-size trucks, everyday use and not get 17 MPG...

On the service issue, I think that is a issue with every Dealer/ Pontiac does the same **** to me...

No nissan service is damn close to the worst do some research on it. I'm not sure about nissans but ford trucks hold their value, you can get an F150 for under 30k cant you? Those fronteirs fully loaded are damn close to 30k. And most trucks have crappy gas mileage dont expect to get over 15mpg with a truck unless you get some POS s-10

A F150 For under 30k If you want basically stripped down then ya... The STX is almost 28k with basically no add on options. The Fronteurs i can get nicely equiped for around 27k. I rather go in debt on something that has everything that i want. Yea and all trucks have crappier mpg but some are better then other's,.

Real quick: Why a truck? Why not something fun? I know you, you like fast cars that handle well...maybe check out the Sentra or Altima? For the money they're pretty fun cars, and will last forever.

generally the more cars of the same model roll off the line the less it holds its value....ford is one of the worse

I want a truck because that is what i wanted to begin with but the insurance was way to high when i was 18. That and a truck will serve me ( i think) more use down the road. Dont get me wrong i love fast cars. But i much rather be driving a truck.. call it a south elgin thing if you want. I would love to have both but since i can't I rather have a truck more usable and durable...

you can get a ford or dodge fully loaded fullsized pickup for under $30k
Dodge currently has rebates for up to $6k and Ford is currently at $3500 i believe
Dealers are looking to get rid of the '04's so shop around, you might get lucky, i bought my ram for almost $10k under sticker price and that was before the new rebates came out
